What this website collects
The site has no user accounts and does not store form entries on a server. When you use the inquiry form, your details stay in your browser and are placed into a WhatsApp message. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
Once you send a message, it is handled by WhatsApp under the WhatsApp privacy policy, and we receive it like any other WhatsApp message. If you call or email us, we receive the details you share in that call or email.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. To deliver and protect the site, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary: we store your cookie choice, and for the current visit whether the intro animation has played. This storage is always on because the site needs it.
Preferences, only with your consent: a cookie that remembers your language for up to 12 months, and a copy of an unsent inquiry form on your device until you send it or clear the form.
Google Maps, only with your consent or when you choose to load the map: the map on the Location page is provided by Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address under the Google privacy policy.
Your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Turning off preferences removes the language cookie and any saved draft. You can also clear site data in your browser settings.
Your rights
We handle personal data in line with applicable Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. You may ask us what personal data we hold about you from messages you sent, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing putralebahamed@gmail.com.

We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
